At The Brook Surgery, we understand that medical concerns can arise at any time. To ensure you have access to healthcare support outside of regular hours, we provide comprehensive out-of-hours GP services.
What Are Out-of-Hours GP Services?
Out-of-hours GP services offer medical assistance during times when standard GP surgeries are closed, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. These services are designed to address urgent health issues that cannot wait until regular operating hours.
Accessing Our 24-Hour Surgery Services
If you require medical attention outside of our normal surgery hours, please follow these steps:
When you call us out of hours, or at certain time over bank holidays, you will be diverted to either an on call doctor or Doctorcall who are contracted to prioritise The Brook Surgery’s patients.
In all cases use the main Brook Surgery number – 020 7435 0211.
For patients who have suffered a minor accident out-of-hours necessitating either x-rays or wound closure – always call call NHS 111 who will assess your situation. You may be advised to visit a local Urgent Treatment Centre. We are happy to endorse colleagues at the following:

In Case of Emergency: For severe or life-threatening conditions, such as chest pain or difficulty breathing, call 999 immediately or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
