Improving our personal services and the way we communicate to our patients is at the heart of everything we do here at The Brook Surgery. A decision was reached earlier this year to look at how we could improve our patient management system to increase the level of service to both our new and existing patient community and our medical partners. With this in mind, we have been working on the implementation of a new, industry leading, patient management system, Semble, which will go live in July 2023.
We will be better placed to understand our patient population in more depth, capturing and structure your medical data to build strong foundations for your personalised care. And of course most importantly, your confidentiality and privacy will be protected by the very latest cyber security systems.
